1.) We first pre-treat the carpet to loosen and break down all bacteria, dirt, stains, and odors. We then deep scrub the carpet, causing agitation and releasing the dirt to the surface of the carpet.
2.) We then go back over the carpet with a steam machine unit and rinse the carpet and extract all of the dirt released to the surface of the carpet.
3.) We then deodorize the carpet with an industrial strength chemical that destroys all odors. We then place air movers to try the carpets as quicky as possible so the customer can freely walk on the carpets. Lastly, we treat the carpet with scotchguard to prevent any old stains from returning and blocking any new stains.
